 What is the shipping cost for domestic/international orders?

  • Standard shipping is based on rates of carrier you choose for domestic.  For international orders, please contact us first before placing an order to give you an estimate on the shipping costs. 

 How do you ship orders?

  • We use USPS and other carriers as shown on the check out cart to ship orders.

 When will my order be shipped?  When will I receive my order?

  • We ship orders within two business days.  You should receive your order within seven business days for domestic orders. We do not ship international orders at this time.  
  • Do you offer overnight delivery?  Can I use my account with <carrier> to ship my order?
  • We do not offer overnight delivery.  No, we may not use your account with <carrier> to ship your order.

     Do you apply sales tax?

    • Taxes are only applicable when the product is shipped to Maryland.  Maryland's taxes is 6%.

     What method of credit card payment do you accept?

    • PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards, and prepaid/gift cards.

     I don’t have a credit card. What other payment options available?

       Do you offer autoship?

      • No, we do not offer an autoship program.

       Do you have a guarantee?

      • Your satisfaction is guaranteed!  Try our product(s) for 14 days and if you’re unsatisfied with your purchase(s) simply return in its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.  
      • Due to the nature of some of our products, preserved flowers, soaps and other bath and body products are not returnable. Please read our refund policy.
